• Diploma in BA Law at the National University of Lesotho (1985)
• Registered for LLB at NUL in 2000

Career/Positions/Membership/Other activities
• Elected Member of Parliament for Qalabane Constituency No. 54, under the Lesotho Congress for Democracy (LCD) in 2002
• Appointed Assistant Minister of Justice Human Rights and Rehabilitation and of Law and Constitutional Affairs (2002-2004)
• Appointed Minister of Labour and Employment (2004-February 2007)
• Re-elected to the National Assembly during the 2007 general elections
• Assistant Lecturer at the Lesotho Institute of Public Administration and Management (LIPAM)
• Served as a Magistrate in the Ministry of Justice in different districts of the country
• Member of a Human Rights Awareness Group, which has special interest for women
