Elected as a Member of Parliament for Kolonyama
Constituency (2002) and was appointed Deputy Speaker of the
National Assembly
Appointed Minister of Forestry and Land Reclamation in
2003, the position he holds to date
Re-elected to the National Assembly in the 2007 general
elections
Contributed immensely in the formulation and translation
of the education chapter of the Basotho Congress Party (BCP)
manifesto (1993)
Appointed Lesotho High Commissioner to South Africa,
Pretoria but in that same year, he proceeded to Copenhagen,
Denmark, as Lesotho Ambassador. He also worked in Nordic
countries like the Republic of Poland and The Russian
