MISSION

A fully established and functionally effective Ministry that is empowered with adequate human, financial, infrastructure, material and technological resources to provide high quality services in forestry, soil and water conservation, range resources management, and nature conservation, through a collaborative approach that involves other Government Ministries, the public sector, the private sector, non-governmental, organization, communities, and individuals, in order to ensure sustainable management of the country’s renewable natural resources.
