Phooko said this at the Moshoeshoe I International Airport
on Sunday.
He stated that the four day dialogue will bring together
governments, private sector and civil society to seek ways
of how to overcome the above challenges.
Meanwhile, the Prime Minister Mr. Pakalitha Mosisili and his
delegation left the country on Sunday to take part at the
Smart Partnership dialogue.
The Prime Minister’s delegation includes the First Lady Mrs.

The Smart Partnership Dialogue is a philosophy developed and
practiced by the (Common Wealth Partnership for Technology
Movement (CPTM) smart partners since early 1990.
The dialogue is meant to bring together governments, private
sector and civil society to share ideas focusing on
innovations and creativity, which can lead to economic
