The Maseru District Administrator's office will officiate presentation of awards to this year's Miss Lesotho winner at a function to be held at Anglican Training Centre in Maseru on Friday this week.

According to the Information Officer from the DA's office, Mrs. 'Mabakuena Molupe, this year's Miss Lesotho competition has been won by Miss Keletso Pitso (20) of Ha Leqele in Maseru.

Mrs. Molupe said the office will crown the winner, adding that the crown has been bought by Datakare Internet shop.

Miss. Pitso will also be granted scholarship by the Ministry of Education and Training to further her studies in tertiary institution while the Ministry of Tourism, Environment and Culture will provide a trophy.

Other sponsors include Fashion World clothing shop, which will dress her with M500.00 worth of clothes every month for the whole year.

Mrs. Molupe said the DA's office organises the event annually to motivate youth to take part in development activities as well as to work hard in their studies for a brighter future.
