Rehabilitation of bridges damaged by the recent heavy rains in various parts of the country has begun, the Ministry of Works has announced.

Principal Roads Engineer, Mr. Mochekoane Ramashamole said rehabilitation will be carried out at the Peka and Mphosong bridges in the Leribe district; at Mashai, in Thaba-Tseka; at Sani Pass in Mokhotlong as well as at Ha Sekake in Qacha's Nek.

A bigger bridge will be built at Mphosong.
