MIN PREPARED TO TAKE MEASURES TO FIGHT HIV\AIDS
“My ministry is prepared to undertake comprehensive measures to help fight against the spread of the HIV\AIDS pandemic”, says the Minister of Justice, Human Rights Rehabilitation and of Law and Constitutional Affairs.

Mr Refiloe Masemene was official opening a Strategic Positioning workshop on HIV/AIDS Policy held at Lesotho Sun Hotel from 10-13 April.

He said since most of the people die of AIDS related diseases, it is important for the nation to get tested and to know their status as they can be given counseling and medication at the right time.

He showed that the spread of AIDS can be lowered by behavioral change and this will help the communities to have long term plans in their lives as they will stay healthy and be more productive in their respective workplaces.
