MALUTI HOSPITAL CONDUCTS HIV/AIDS CAMPAIGN
	In a bid to encourage the public to go for voluntary counseling and testing (VCT) the Maluti Adventist Hospital is currently conducting the Know Your Status campaign in various areas of Mapoteng, In an interview, the hospital's AIDS Coordinator, Mrs 'M'antahli Mahase, said during the campaign that would continue as long as AIDS exists, the public is briefed on HIV and AIDS, its signs and symptoms. She pointed out that, the public is also tested freely and given counseling for HIV/AIDS, adding that those who are found to be infected are referred to Maluti Hospital's Wellness Centre for treatment. Mrs Mahase pointed out the campaign which began at the beginning of the month has already covered areas of Mokholokoane, Khubetsoana, and 'M'akhoroana. She stated that, new dates on which the campaign would be scheduled to continue, would be determined by dates on which Mapoteng councillors' public gatherings will be held, as they usually take advantage of such gatherings. The Maluti Adventist Hospital is also engaged in Home Based Care trainings, during which volunteers from various parts of Mapoteng, are trained on the proper ways of caring for HIV/AIDS patients in their villages.
