MDA ORGANISES PUBLIC DIALOGUE FORUM
 
-- Mineworkers Development Agency (MDA) has organised a one day public dialogue forum to be held in Semonkong on Thursday next week..

The MDA Secretary Mr. Puseletso Salae said the purpose of the forum is to share ideas and challenges on the Lesotho's Poverty Reduction Strategy (PRS) with all sectors involved in developmental activities.

He mentioned that the forum will focus on the five PRS priorities, which best address rural development concerns and these priorities are food security, education system, impact of HIV/AIDS on poor communities, infrastructure and how the retrenchment in the South Africa mining industry and the Lesotho textile industry have affected the Semonkong communities.

Mr Salae further stated that the forum will discuss how best development agencies can work together to avoid duplication of efforts.
