LISA GAMES IN SEPTEMBER
	Lesotho Institutions of Sports Association (LISA) will hold a three day inter-zonal ball games tournament in Maseru, starting from August 11. A press release issued by LISA, said this year’s games where 12 zones will be participating will be staged in three different venues around Maseru. The venues are: Setsoto Stadium, St James Anglican High School, and Lesotho Cooperative College grounds. It said Mafeteng Central Zone A will be defending their championship in ladies soccer, males and females’ volleyball and netball, while Maseru Central Zone B are defending championship in basketball. 'The purpose of the games is to select the national teams that will represent Lesotho in the forthcoming Confederation of Southern Africa Schools Sports Association (COSASSA) ball games tournament to be hosted by South Africa in Pretoria from September 01-03 this year,' it said. In this release, LISA also appealed to Parents, sports fraternity and the nation at large to attend the games whose purpose is among other to curb the spread of HIV/AIDS amongst the youth. Inter-zonal ball games are held annually as part of promoting sports through physical education in schools, and this year’s slogan is “Education through Sports
