An interesting case in which three former military officers are accused of assaulting with intent to do grievous harm a Matebeng man is to continue on April 4. 

The men Pulumo Mohapeloa (60), Charles Mofolo (57) and Tlala Tshabalala (40) were each granted M200 bail for allegedly assaulting Leputsoenyane 'Molaoa, at Matebeng on suspicion that he arrested a person. What do the laws says about citizen’s arrest?

'Molaoa was working at one shop in the village at the time. The incidence occurred on March 31, 1998.

The case is prosecuted by Public Prosecutor, Mr. Teboho Machesa.
