COSC Results Better Than Last Year's
 

The Examinations Council of Lesotho has released the 2005 Cambridge Overseas Schools Certificate examination results. Overall the results are better than the previous year’s. There were more students who sat for the examinations and consequently more first class passes.

One hundred and eight students obtained an aggregate of between 6 and 15 with some from high schools previously considered non-performers. 

According to ECOL, 350 candidates obtained a first class pass, 1473 had a second class pass and 170 more than last year (2640) obtained a third class pass. 

Four candidates from Lesotho; ‘Maseribane and St. Stephens High Schools scored highest, with aggregates between six and seven.
