Bomb Threat at BNP Thabang Nyeoe's Residence
 

Basotho National Party (BNP) Member of Parliament Mr. Thabang Nyeoe, has had deaths made against him including a petrol bomb and a bullet being left at the entrance to his house. 

The petrol bomb was found outside the gate of Mr. Nyeoe’s residence at Sea Point in Maseru on Sunday February 12, at around 10 hrs.

Minister of Home Affairs, Mr. Lesao Lehohla, in a statement in the National Assembly, condemned the death threats and promised that the police would do all in their power to find the perpetrators. 

The Deputy Prime Minister therefore urged the Basotho nation to help the police with investigations that will lead to the arrest of the perpetrators.

BNP leader, Major General Metsing Lekhanya also condemned the acts and urged for a thorough investigation into the matter.

Police investigations into the matter are continuing.
