Anniversary should reflect where the Basotho nation comes
from and where the want to go.
Mr Lehohla was speaking during the lighting of the
sky-tracker as a kick start to mark the 40th Independence
Anniversary of Lesotho at Makoanyane Square on Thursday.
He said the light is a symbol that indicates what the
country has achieved in these 40 years, and this should mean
the turning of the new page in order to develop the
community's lives in economic, political social and other
developmental sectors.

challenges that included among others HIV/AIDS Poverty and
hunger.
