| Road safety Department to get Tough on Vehicle Inspection | |

Sweroad Consultants, a Swedish road safety consulting company is currently
helping the Department of Road Safety draw up a campaign to reduce the high
road accidents toll.
A one week roadside vehicle inspection training workshop begins at the Police Training College on January 17 under the auspices of Sweroad, for 16 traffic police and six transport inspectors and is expected to focus on legislation controlling vehicle inspection, including inspection of wheels, tyres, brakes and lights. 14 January 2005 |
