The Principal Secretary for Public Service, Mr. Semano Sekatle is to go around the country explaining some of the human resource aspects of the decentralisation process.   

The purpose of the countrywide tour is to explain the decision by the Cabinet to have some public servants seconded into local government structures as well as their terms of reference.

PS Public Service will also explain the line of reporting to the public servants, who will remain with the central government.

He will be in Mohale’s Hoek on September 13.
