Namibia Game Moved up a Day
The International friendly match between Lesotho's senior national side Likuena and their Namibian counterparts, earlier scheduled for Sunday March 20, has been moved a day ahead and will be played under floodlights.

Lesotho Football Association (LEFA) public relations officer Ts'iu Monne said this was because Namibia will be celebrating its national independence on March 21 and that some of the players in the Namibian squad would be expected to take part in activities back home.

The two sides are preparing for the regional Council of Southern Africa Football Association (COSAFA) Castle Cup, in which Likuena has been fixtured against Malawi in the first match of a group C double header in Lusaka, Zambia, with the host country entertaining Swaziland in the second match.

Namibia are tied against Botswana, Mozambique and Zimbabwe in Group B of the same tournament, to be played from April 16 to 17 with winners from each group advancing to the semi finals with Angola and South Africa.
