Light Flyweight Motlere Makhooane of Matelile in the Mafeteng district, is to take part in a boxing tournament in Swaziland on January 21.

Makhooane proved his mettle in a four nations tournament held in Maseru earlier this year. 

President of the southern region of the Lesotho Boxing Association, Phomolo Maphisa said the Swaziland Boxing Association had organised the tournament in preparation for the Melbourne Commonwealth Games next year.
