Choral music composers Messrs. Karabo Lekhanya and Nkau Lepheana will be honoured by the National University of Lesotho at its 30th graduation ceremony on October 1, 2005. They are to receive honorary doctorates.

The ceremony will be presided over by King Letsie III, in his capacity as the University's Chancellor, awarding certificates and diplomas, and conferring degrees on students who have completed their courses in various fields of study, NUL Information Officer, Mr Tšiu Tšiu said.

Messrs. Lekhanya and Lepheane are being honoured for their enormous contributions in the development of music in Lesotho, Mr. Tšiu said.
