Invitation to Qualify to Purchase a Majority Shareholding in the Lesotho Electricity Corporation (the Privatisation)

Companies or consortia that wish to qualify to participate in the tender must submit:

(a)   your company’s/consortium’s submission as per the instructions in Section 10.2 of the Invitation to Qualify (IQ), which is available to download from this here (PDF Document) ; and

(b)  two (2) duly executed counterparts of a Confidentiality Agreement (one will be returned to you), to the Director, Privatisation Unit, with one copy to the Sales Advisory Group (SAG) at the addresses in Section 10.2 of the IQ.  The form of the Confidentiality Agreement is available on application from the SAG at the address set out in the IQ.  

Submissions should be received on or before 12:00 local time in Maseru, Lesotho, on Monday, 24 May 2004.   

All enquiries pertaining to the IQ or the Agreement must be directed to the Privatisation Unit with a copy sent to the SAG.
