Ralitsie Observes Mozambican  Elections
  The Director of Elections in the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC), Mr Khothatso Ralitsie is in Mozambique where he will be observing the country's 2004 general elections which will be held from December 1 to 2.

In an interview with the Lesotho News Agency (LENA), Information Officer Mr Rethabile Pholo said Mr Ralitsie will be a member of an observer mission made up of 35 representatives from electoral commissions, civil society organizations, and political parties from the SADC region.

The  observer mission has been commissioned by the Electoral Institute of Southern Africa (EISA) and will be led by the Chairperson of the Independent Electoral Commission of South Africa, Dr Brigalia Bam.

Mr Ralitsie is expected back into the country on December 5, 2004.
