SWAZILAND AND  ZAMBIA CONFIRM PARTICIPATION IN 4-NATIONS TOURNEY

Swaziland and Zambia have joined Zimbabwe in confirming their participation at the Four-Nations soccer tournament to be staged on February 28 and March 01 at Setsoto stadium. South Africa, which was initially one of the invitees, has been dropped out after their coaches were reported to have gone overseas.

In an interview, the senior national side  Manager, Mr. Khiba Mohoanyane said the tournament is aimed at warming up the participating countries for the forth-coming regional Council of Southern Africa Football Association (COSAFA) Castle cup." We are going to meet Mozambique in the COSAFA castle cup in early April and we want to be ready," he remarked.

He said they are still aware that Mozambique bundled them out of the same
competition last year and are determined to beat the Mambas at their own home ground. Meanwhile, Likuena is still without coach after Mr. Monaheng 'Doc' Monyane
resigned last month. His assistant Mr. Teboho Sopeng is still in charge before another coach is appointed.
