1.          LESOTHO UNIT TRUST BILL 2003

          Resubmitted Memorandum C3(2003/6)86 by the Honourable Minister of Finance and Development Planning.

          Cabinet approved:

          (a)          The Lesotho Unit Trust Bill 2003;

          (b)          That the Bill be presented to Parliament for enactment.

2.          EXTENSION  OF THE TERM OF THE NATIONAL STEERING  COMMITTEE  (NSC)  FOR  THE   DEVELOPMENT OF THE NATIONAL VISION

          Memorandum C3(2003/6)116 by the Honourable Minister of Finance and Development Planning.

          Cabinet approved:

-        Extension of the term of the National Steering Committee (NSC) for the Development of the National Vision for Lesotho by six months retrospectively from 1 May, 2003 to 31 December, 2003.
