by the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Cabinet approved:
(a)
That the Government of the Kingdom of Lesotho accede to
the World heritage
Convention;
(b) That the Minister of Foreign
Affairs, or a person designated
by him, issue an instrument
of Accession on behalf of the
Government of Lesotho.
