of Lesotho has released the following announcement with regard to the
release of Civil Servants from work for the 25 May 2002 General Elections. ****** TO: ALL PRINCIPAL SECRETARIES ALL HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS ALL DISTRICT SECRETARIES All addressees are advised to, on Friday, 24 May 2002, 12H45, release staff who need to travel to their respective constituencies for the 25 May elections. However, alternative arrangements should be made to ensure that all offices have a skeleton staff to service the needs of the public until 16H30 on that day. Special care should be taken to ensure that Government vehicles are parked safely and protected from misuse.
