1. UPGRADING OF LESOTHO PHARMACEUTICAL CORPORATION (LPC) Memorandum C3(2002/6)12 by the Honourable Minister of Health and Social Welfare. Cabinet approved: (a) The removal of the Lesotho Pharmaceutical Corporation from the list of Companies which would be privatized; and (b) the injection of M8 Million into Lesotho Pharmaceutical Corporation towards upgrading of its manufacturing facilities. 2. ACCEPTANCE OF MR. GAMALIEL PETRO BANDAWE AS THE HIGH COMMISSIONER OF MALAWI TO LESOTHO Memorandum C3(2002/6)13 by the Honourable Minister of Foreign Affairs. Cabinet approved: - The accreditation of Mr Gamaliel Petro Bandawe as the High Commissioner of the Republic of Malawi to the Kingdom of Lesotho with residence in Pretoria, South Africa.
