1.      RATIFICATION OF THE PROTOCOL TO  A TREATY ESTABLISHING THE AFRICAN ECONOMIC COMMUNITY RELATING TO THE PAN-AFRICAN PARLIAMENT

  Cabinet approved:

 (a)      That the Government of the Kingdom  of Lesotho ratify the Protocol on the Pan-African Parliament;

  (b)    That the Honourable Minister of Foreign Affairs, or a person designated by him, issue an Instrument of Ratification on behalf of Lesotho.

2.          ALLOCATION OF SHARES IN THE COMMON REVENUE POOL OF THE CUSTOMS UNION FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2003/2004
