1.           ACCESSION TO THE INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION ON    MUTUAL  ADMINISTRATIVE  ASSISTANCE   FOR

THE   PREVENTION,  INVESTIGATION  AND  REPRESSION OF  CUSTOMS  OFFENCES (NAIROBI CONVENTION)

          Cabinet approved:  

(a) That Government of the Kingdom of Lesotho accede to the International Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance for the Prevention, Investigation and Repression of Customs Offences (NAIROBI CONVENTION);

(b) That the Honourable Minister of Foreign Affairs, or a person designated by him, be authorized to issue an Instrument of Accession to the said Convention on behalf of the Lesotho Government.

  2.          HIGHER EDUCATION BILL 2002  

Memorandum C3(2002/6)78 by the Honourable Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of  Education.

  Cabinet approved:  

 (a) the Higher Education Bill;

  (b)   that the Bill be presented to Parliament for enactment.
